Yes! Buy Online Pick Up In Store is available at all Chefs' Toys locations. In checkout, select "Pick Up" for delivery method then select store location. All products must be available at the location of your choice to proceed.
When you arrive at the store, please head to the front counter to pick up your order. A Chefs' Toys team member will be able to assist you with picking up your order.
Once your order is ready for pick up, you will receive a notification via email with instructions on how to collect your item(s) in-store.
Order processing typically takes between 3-4 hours but it may vary depending on business hours, order size, and availability.
Your order will remain available for a maximum of 7 business days from the time you receive a "Ready for pick up" notification email. Orders not claimed after 7 business days will be canceled and refunded. For more information, please contact Online Customer Support.
In the event of any inventory-related issues with a particular store, a store associate may contact you directly to share additional information about your order.
For a smooth order pick up, please bring the following with you to the store:
- A government-issued photo ID
- Your order number or your email notification
For your protection, only you or a pre-authorized alternate pickup person may pick up your order. During online checkout, simply provide the full name of the person who will pick up your order. Your alternate pickup person will need to bring the following with them to the store:
- A government-issued photo ID
- Your order email notification
